- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. Turned off my water because I was 35 dollars overdue. Never got the bill. Bills have no rhythm or reason when they come. Had more than one issue with not getting my bill. So they charge me 25 dollars to start my service again and 4.5% penalty charge for using a credit card because they have your back to the wall. My credit score is over 750 which means I do not have problems paying my bills. Thanks for great customer service. Try calling once in a while. We aren't just numbers we are people.
