- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My father went to get a POA notarized today and I couldn't believe how horrible the service was. The lady working there is named Lenore. She is a horrible employee and made up every excuse in the book to not notarize the paper! We came in yesterday and they told us to bring in a witness that was not blood related, so we came back in with a witness and the lady came out with a horrible excuse "oh I have too many boxes to package up I can't do this right now." EXCUSE ME?!?! THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK YOJ TO COMPLAIN. AND MAKE EXCUSES YOU COULD HAVE NOTARIZED 15 PAPERS!!!! We are very unhappy with the service and will be telling everyone about the horrible employee, NAMED LENORE, should not be working there.By Melissa McCabe, July 16, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I do a lot shipping both domestic and International and I have always found the staff and management of this store to exemplify true customer service. I never had an issue with items being packed incorrectly or damaged. On the international shipments the paper that the store needs to complete for customs is always done correctly speeding the customs process up significantly.By Dan Woods, February 22, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've always had a good expirence at this UPS store. The workers Letty, Lenore and Sarah have always been very courteous to us. They always great us with a smile, even on very busy days, and are ready to help. My husband does a lot of international shipping. We have found this store to be far superior with their international shipping skills then any other UPS store we have been to. In fact better then any place we have gone for shipping.
