- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Edit: I was in line with that Martha Angulo chick and she was extremely rude and bitchy to the US Bank staff. Don't take her review seriously as she is a real mean person. I'm a long time US Bank customer and have been very impressed with this branch. I love in Sahuarita and work in Tucson so it is sort of out of my way but the staff here has been superb. Especially Claudia who has been extremely helpful. I hardly ever have my US Bank card with me nor do I know my acct # off the top of my head. She is always happy to help me and find my info for me. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service. So unfriendly and inpatient. The little girl Cluadia is so bad at helping out. She gets easily annoyed when a customer ask questions. She does not even try to do the effort to try to answer your questions. I recently went over to try to change banks for the convience of it being closer to my home. This is the second time i go in the last two months and its the same girl with the same rudeness and attitude. But I will much rather travel the extra mile to my Chase bank where the bankers do treat you with respect and look at you when you are speaking. Extremely disappointed.
